Billing rules
- First 30 clinics: 90 days free, then half price for 12 months — both with fixed end dates.
- Paying yearly: pay for 10 months, get 12.
- Extra dentist ₹1,500 a month, extra staff ₹500 a month, extra branch ₹8,000 a month.
- Free pilot period with end date.
- Plan change with proration.
- Grace period on failed payment, then downgrade to Free (never data deletion).
- GST invoices.
- Flat monthly fees only — no per-patient, per-booking or per-lead charge.
