SynQGetting started (patient)
- 1. Open the SynQ app or website and tap Start — about 30 seconds.
- 2. Tap what you feel and read what it usually means.
- 3. Choose a date and time.
- 4. Pick a verified clinic, enter mobile number and OTP, give consent, send the request on WhatsApp.
- 5. Wait for the clinic to confirm; book a ride if you need one.
Getting started (clinic)
- 1. Click Join as a clinic and create your organisation.
- 2. Add branch, KPME number, dentists and their registration numbers.
- 3. Upload your rate card (photo or PDF).
- 4. Invite staff and assign roles.
- 5. Wait for verification, then start receiving requests.
