SynQWhat an ABHA address is
An ABHA address is a health identifier issued under the Ayushman Bharat Digital Mission. It lets a hospital, clinic or lab find and share your records with your consent, without you carrying paper from place to place. It is optional: SynQ works fully without one.
What SynQ does with it today
- You can record your ABHA address in Settings → Health ID, and remove it at any time.
- It is stored against your account only, never shown in a public listing or clinic directory.
- A clinic sees it only if you include it in something you send them.
- Removing it deletes the stored value; nothing is retained in the background.
Consent-led sharing, the ABDM way
ABDM's principle is that nothing moves without the patient's consent, for a stated purpose and a stated period. SynQ follows the same rule for everything it holds: a document reaches a clinic through a share you create, with an expiry you can see, a record of every opening, and a withdrawal that takes effect at once.
Ayushman Bharat scheme cover
SynQ does not process Ayushman Bharat PM-JAY claims and does not decide whether a treatment is covered by a government scheme. Scheme eligibility and claim decisions rest with the empanelled hospital and the scheme authority.
What we do not claim
SynQ is not yet a certified ABDM Health Information Provider or Health Information User, and is not connected to the ABDM gateway for automated record exchange. The ABHA address you enter is stored for your own reference and for sharing you initiate. Certification and gateway integration require approval from the National Health Authority, and SynQ will not claim either before it is granted.
