SynQAcceptance of terms
By using SynQ Health (the "Platform"), operated by SynQ Health AI Private Limited ("SynQ", "we", "us"), you agree to these Terms.
Definitions
- Check-in — the symptom selection and general information flow.
- Clinic — a dental clinic listed on the Platform, registered under the KPME Act 2007.
- ClinicX — the clinic dashboard.
- Booking request — a request for a visit; it is not an appointment until the clinic confirms it.
- Timeline / SynQ Records — the patient's organised record of documents and visits.
Eligibility
Patients must be 18 or over to hold an account. Under-18s are added as family profiles by a parent or guardian, who gives consent. Clinics must hold valid KPME registration and each listed dentist must be registered with a State Dental Council under the National Dental Commission.
User registration
Patients register with a verified mobile number; clinics with a verified email. False information may lead to suspension.
What SynQ is and is not
SynQ lists, verifies and orders clinics, and organises records. SynQ is not a clinic, does not diagnose, prescribe or treat, and information on the Platform is general and never a substitute for examination by a registered dentist. The clinic is responsible for the care it provides.
User responsibilities
- Give accurate details and keep your phone secure.
- Attend or cancel visits in time.
- In an emergency, call 108 or 112 — do not rely on the Platform.
Acceptable use
- No false bookings, scraping, or attempts to access other users' data.
- Clinics must not ask patients for payment through SynQ or offer anything for a higher position.
Intellectual property
All Platform software, design and content belong to SynQ Health AI Private Limited.
Data ownership
Patients own their records. Clinics receive access only to what a patient shares with them, and the patient can stop sharing at any time (subject to the clinic's own legal record-keeping duties).
Prices and payments
Prices shown are indicative ranges supplied by the clinic, not quotations. SynQ never takes payment for an appointment; you pay the clinic directly. Clinics pay SynQ a flat monthly subscription that never depends on patient volume.
Cancellations and no-shows
Patients can reschedule or cancel from the booking up to the appointment time. [Clinic no-show / cancellation policy to be inserted.]
Service availability
Target 99.5% monthly uptime. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.
Third-party services
WhatsApp, SMS, ride apps and UPI apps are governed by their own terms. SynQ is not responsible for their outages.
Suspension and termination
We may suspend accounts that break these Terms. Clinic suspension for non-payment downgrades to the Free plan and never deletes data.
Limitation of liability
[To be finalised by counsel.] SynQ is not liable for clinical care provided by clinics.
Governing law and disputes
Laws of India; courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka. [Arbitration clause — counsel to confirm.] Consumers may also use the National Consumer Helpline (1915) and e-Daakhil.
Amendments
Material changes are notified in advance and require you to accept again.

What we do not claim
Limitation of liability and arbitration clauses await counsel. Square-bracket placeholders are replaced before launch.
